How it works

Climb Hubs, end to end

Two flows. One for visitors finding you, one for you running the business.

For climbers

Find a gym, guide, or school that matches your level.

  1. 1

    Browse by discipline

Sport, trad, boulder, top-rope, multi-pitch, alpine, ice. Search by what you actually want to climb.

  2. 2

    Compare operators

See terrain, certifications, and pricing before you commit.

  3. 3

    Book and sign waivers

Where the gym or guide has booking switched on, reservations and liability waivers flow through one mobile-friendly link. Everywhere else you get their real contact details.

For gyms and guide services

Run a tight session before the chalk hits the rock.

  1. 1

    Configure your operation

Drop in your gym, crag, or guiding terrain, then set up the sessions climbers can book.

  2. 2

    Set up waivers + minor-releases

Waivers, minor-releases, and progression tracking go up once. Climbers sign on their phone.

  3. 3

    Run sessions + progression

Bookings, walk-ups, lesson plans, and post-session debriefs all flow into one dashboard.

Questions, answered

Everything you might be wondering

No. You edit your site section by section and publish in one click. No code, no developer, no agency.

Keep it. Climb Hubs works alongside your current software, or replaces it when you're ready. Entirely your call.

Yes. Connect your own domain on any paid plan and we handle the setup. Your brand, not ours.

No contract and no setup fee. One flat monthly rate, and you can cancel anytime.

Claiming takes minutes and your listing updates straight away. Building out a website and your booking setup is the part that takes real time, and how long depends on how much you want to change.

Nothing. Your listing and the GoHubs app are always free for your customers.

No. Booking fees are 0%. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep the full value of every booking. Card processing goes through your own Stripe account, so you pay Stripe their standard rate directly and we never sit between you and the money.

You do. Your customers, bookings, and signed waivers are yours, and all three export to CSV from the cockpit whenever you want them. We do not sell your customer list or market to it.

Most operators arrive paying separately for a booking tool, a waiver tool, a website builder, and a directory listing. Climb Hubs covers all four in one subscription. Keep any of them if they are working; nothing here requires you to switch everything at once.

Yes. You can import your existing customer list from a CSV export out of your current system, and run both side by side through a season if you would rather not cut over mid-year.

You keep your domain, because it stays registered to you at your own registrar and only points here through a DNS record. Export your customers, bookings, and waivers before you go. Your free directory listing stays live. There is no contract and no exit fee.
