  Great bouldering gym with great setting. Unfortunately the bathroom/shower/sauna areas are quite lackluster and do not get cleaned frequently or well enough at all. Every time I go to the showers I see one or more of the following: dirty clothes, used bandaids, yellow spots, hair, and stains on the curtain. I have also seen instances of dirty clothes staying in a particular shower across multiple days, meaning they do not clean (or even check?) the showers regularly. Pictured is the buildup of ignored hard water damage on the outside of the showers because the water there does not drain properly. Although you can occasionally hop into a shower that’s recently been cleaned, I have also noticed that they just never get warm (even if you try the magic tricks they have posted up outside-don’t overcrank, wait for the shower to warm up, etc). The largest offender in terms of bathroom cleanliness, however, is the sauna. There is a build up of grime on the floor underneath the benches that just straight up looks like mud. I have used the sauna multiple times over the last few months and this grime hasn’t been touched, which leads me to believe that they probably skip cleaning the sauna altogether. Had these been the facilities in your average run of the mill commercial gym I would not complain. However, at the price of $100 per month, the lack of both a consistent cleaning schedule and the general shallowness of the cleaning itself demonstrates a certain callousness towards gymgoer wellbeing that is typically unheard of in a facility with such a high monthly price point. I enjoy the bouldering this gym has to offer, but I sincerely hope they put more focus into hygiene in the future.

  Visited for a day pass while in the area, free chalk was very convenient, and the facility was clean and very well-kept. Tons of overhang routes, but the slab wall was also fun.

  This place was amazing. The staff is incredibly welcoming. Tons of different routes. Has some weights and a sauna as well and a yoga area.

  The first time I been here the staff was super welcoming and friendly even though I showed up one hour before close, pretty sure his name was chris. Yesterday, and the last time I will be at this gym was my worst experience out of all the places I been to. My hand had slipped at the finish of a high route and I fell all the way down and dislocated my elbow. My friend ran to grab the staff and the staff told him “I have to make an incident report now.” As I’m clearly on the mat in pain, he had no sense of urgency and walked over taking his time. I feel as if his biggest concern was for me not to sue or taking corrective action towards the company instead of making sure I was comforted and taken to get help. Everyone else in the facility just stared. Though 2 people out of the whole facility did run over and try to help my friend. I’m not writing this review in hopes of hurting the company because I know this isn’t their fault, but more as of if you were to get hurt here, the staff and people around you will stare and treat you like you’re a zoo animal.
