  What a fun place for kids, especially older ones! The staff was amazing, attentive, and really helped foster our children's curiosity about climbing. Our kids were a bit hesitant at first, but by the end of the day, they didn't want to come down!As a parent, I loved the layout here. There is a designated viewing area with stairs that lets you get a close, safe watch on the kids while they climb. Another huge bonus is the quiet balcony waiting area. It provides a peaceful retreat while you wait. The staff is professional and friendly—highly recommend!

  This is such a fun ropes course! There were so many fun surprises along the way, three levels of zip lines, swings in mid-air and more. There was a nice variety of challenge levels for all ages and experience levels. The employees were all helpful and nice, especially Lucas, who was so knowledgeable and friendly. My 8yo and I had a blast and are looking forward to going again.

  Climb Upton was a great place for a birthday party. The kids received instructions that kept them safe. There are an incredible number of different climbing options and three different heights to play on. There are good locations for parents to take pictures from. The staff is helpful, and keep it fun while also keeping it safe.

  Had a great birthday here for 4 teenage boys (12-13 years old) - with varying level of difficulty and challenges. Some were afraid of heights, but still pushed through and others got stuck, but with the help of staff were able to overcome the challenges of some of the obstacles. They were thoroughly exhausted after completing the entire courses (which took about 3+ hours once it got busier). Staff was always friendly and helpful, although a little overwhelmed at very busy times during the day as many of the younger kids were getting stuck on the obstacle - I think mainly as some of them were too short to reach the next step or the rope on top to help them get to the other side. However, that being said, there were some small/young kids that were also very nimble and made it through the obstacle with no assistance needed. Make sure if you bring young children that you know their ability and whether they can do the whole course or just the beginner to medium levels. I watched many older teens and adults needing to be "rescued" when they got stuck on the harder obstacles. This is definitely much harder than Go Ape, however, it's much more challenging and fun with their set ups. There are a couple places to reserve (on their website) for birthday parties or large groups. We had the lower level benches by the check in desk - this is shaded and was a welcome reprieve after climbing for hours. There is a much larger area on the top deck (where you have a birds eye view of the obstacle courses, however it's super sunny and I don't believe the entire area is shaded (if at all). Many of those guests were coming down to get shade during the high noon hours. There is an overhang, but I think it depends where the sun is whether you'll have shade or not. So think about that when booking your party package. I look forward to coming back!
