  Disappointing. Came on a whim with my kids who have never done this kind of thing before. Lack of communication and just told to fill out the form and watch the video. No other instruction or support. Only 5 of the walls the kids could even climb and the rest they needed a certified person and apparently didn’t have anyone to do that. Would have been better if they had more walls open for kids to climb. My kids climbed all the walls within 15-20 mins. (Ages 9 and 13) I wouldn’t come back as the kids at the front working didn’t seem to care.

  Attended this gym a few days ago and saw there was a deal for $10 the last hour and I was excited to get a look at the gym. When getting there, the gym looked closed with all the lights off so I walked in and asked if they were closing which was replied to in a rude tone with “No we close at 10”. Overall attitude was not great and it seemed like we were not wanted there. The gym itself has a small boulder wall and top roping which we did not try. The bouldering section was poorly marked and staff didn’t really care to help. I couldn’t imagine being a newer climber coming here. It does not feel like there is a lot of love or passion in the setting. Overall, definitely could benefit from more upbeat staff and safety wise feels a little sketchy with the small crash pad for bouldering, as well as how dark the gym was (maybe the staff kept lights off to get us to leave?). Would not come back but I hope that changes are made because climbing is an amazing sport.

  This was the perfect place for my sons 8th birthday party. Connor worked our party and was wonderful. He made sure the party area was clean and allowed me plenty of time to set up. Orientation with the boys was smooth and he was patient when getting them their climbing gear. The price was reasonable and we had an amazing time. I would highly recommend Kendall Cliffs Climbing Gym!

  Visited for the first time and thought this place was great. The guys behind the desk were great in getting us set up and working with us on getting up the walls. We found the facility to be clean, lots of options for climb difficulty, and gear was well maintained. Very enjoyable and we look forward to coming back.
