  Stopped in with my son for his first time climbing and had a blast. Still the same great place after all these years, just more walls to climb. Props to the team for the first timers video, all the rules and courtesies, and fun to watch. Definitely making this a father-son place, once my hands heal. Great staff and good Playlist on a Sunday.

  ​I highly recommend The Edge! I started with a one month trial membership in June and enjoyed the experience so much that I upgraded to a three month membership. ​The staff here is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, which creates a fantastic environment to climb in. I’ve even brought my wife and friends along, and they love it just as much as I do. It is a wonder place to climb in Jax.

  We went on a Wednesday evening at about 6:00. They were busy but there were enough climbing walls that there wasn’t much of a wait for any one climbing route. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented shoes, harnesses, and chalk bags for $8 and admission was $26.50 per person for a one-day pass. You can buy punch card passes (that do not include rentals) or they have several options for memberships ranging from $94 per month to $59 per month. In order to use the manual belay walls you must take their class ($39 for non-members or $25 for members) but anyone can use the auto belay or boulder walls. The other patrons were friendly and everyone was very supportive. The staff in the climbing gym however was not very helpful and even seemed a little annoyed when I approached them to ask questions. There is also a traditional gym that is available for members that includes weights and cardio equipment. They offer classes including yoga, climbing for various abilities, fitness and HIIT, and youth programs. Birthday parties are available for a reasonable price ($250 for 10 participants including rentals). Overall it was a good experience and I plan to return. It’s a great option for fitness if you don’t want to go to a traditional gym.

  We took our team of coaches here for company bonding. It was fantastic! The check in process was easy. The front desk was so nice! And he helped us with rock climbing and answered all questions.
